Since the threat of legal action by BMW in 2001, due to alleged trade mark infringement by using the word "Mini" in our business title and website address, we have spent considerable sums with lawyers to successfully prove our rights, but have never received an apology from our friends at BMW. The Minicentre would like to thank all their customers who offered support and encouragement. |
